I stumbled upon the perfect vehicle that met my needs. An affordable little ride for errands. Among other options, I spotted one on eBay that was priced just right. When I clicked on it, the details looked promising. The car was actually listed by 'Horsepower' in Tonbridge. I had a chat with Danny, but the car needed some processing and wouldn’t be ready for a few days. Since it was an 80-mile round trip to check it out, he kindly agreed to let me see it in a couple of days and promised to speed up the turnaround.

Even though they were swamped, I got to take it for a spin, and they had the car fully inspected, cleaned, and all the paperwork sorted in just three hours. For them, it was a low-value transaction, but I felt like I was buying a luxury vehicle. The staff were super friendly, and the place was spotless with a vast selection of quality cars. I was lucky to find this one while searching for a specific model online. It popped up on eBay. If you try to look for 'Horsepower', their site gets blocked by cookies, which I’m not cool with! That’s their call. Big thanks to Danny and the crew. It’s been two weeks, and we’re still thrilled with our purchase.

It was super easy to do business with them. The vehicle we purchased had an issue once we brought it home. Horsepower took care of it without any hassle and even provided us with a loaner car while they fixed it.

We can't recommend Horsepower enough! We got our BMW Touring from them about 2.5 years back, and even though we’re 44 miles away, we still make the trip for MOTs, servicing, and any repairs we need. It's totally worth the drive. The staff are simply amazing, and their technicians are the best around. When we took our car in on Wednesday, February 1st, the blower/heater had stopped working, and the service we got was just phenomenal. A big shoutout to Duncan for his incredible help—super efficient and very professional. We needed a new motor for the heater, and one of the techs managed to grab the part the same day and went out of his way to get it. They finished all the work on the same day too! We really can’t stress enough how grateful we are for their hard work. While we don’t know everyone’s names, all the staff are incredibly professional, polite, and helpful, making us feel right at home. The waiting area is comfy, with a TV and hot drinks available. Also, a special thanks to Danny, who has always made us feel welcome since day one when we bought our car—always cheerful and caring. And once again, huge thanks to Duncan for organizing our booking. While we were in the waiting area, he kept us updated on the progress of the work. They truly go above and beyond with their customer service. Thanks a ton, John & Sally Hampton.

Danny and his crew really know their stuff, and they're super friendly, always ready to lend a hand. I was really impressed by how little upselling and pressure there was. No hard sell at all.

They offered me an extended warranty, but when I said, 'No thanks,' they totally accepted it without any fuss and didn’t bring it up again. What a relief!

Awesome assistance from Danny - right when we got there, he welcomed us and suggested a cup of tea or coffee. We talked about the car we were keen on. Took it for a spin, settled on a price, and it was set to be ready for pick-up the following day. He addressed all our inquiries and was super helpful and nice to work with.

I just bought a 'trade-in' vehicle, and when I got there, I had to wait a bit since it was around the Christmas holidays, with staff taking time off and a lot of customers around. But even though the car wasn't worth much, Danny and the crew were super attentive and professional.

I bought a BMW X5 on December 17th, planning to pick it up on the 23rd. We swapped cars (my Mini) and waited for the X5. Danny explained there was an issue with the rear airbag that needed fixing, but it couldn't be done that day. He assured me the car was safe to drive, so I agreed to bring it back when they could schedule a time. The interior wasn't very clean, and I couldn't check the exterior due to the rain. On my way home, I noticed a clunking sound from the front passenger wheel. I reported this to your office as soon as I got home. Also, the washer bottle was empty, which surprised them given all the checks they perform. They apologized and said they were unsure how that happened. Later that night, when I tried to switch to full beam, it didn't work. I reported this the next morning and went through different troubleshooting steps with Duncan, who was really helpful. He mentioned we needed to take it to the workshop to sort these issues out. I told him I couldn't bring it in since I live 30 miles away. In the end, it was decided that I would get my old car back while they kept the X5 until it was fixed. The exchange went smoothly, and a very nice guy came down to help. I signed the paperwork confirming I'm insured. But when I asked about the road tax, he didn't have an answer. After looking into it, I found out I'm still paying for the road tax on my old car and also for the X5 that I'm not using. Is that fair? I could keep going, but it's starting to frustrate me.

I stumbled upon Horsepower Motors on the internet and kept an eye on your business for a couple of months while figuring out which vehicle to buy. Your prices were set at a really good rate. I chatted with Danny multiple times, and he was friendly, professional, and super helpful without being pushy at all. My visit and the buying process went off without a hitch. I’d definitely recommend your company and would consider the option for MOT and servicing. Top-notch service!

We bought a car that we only took for a spin for five minutes before it broke down. After that, we didn’t see it for nearly two months, and it still wasn’t repaired. So, we requested a refund, and it took a week to get our money back.
